Orders: $35 Minimum Order
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MC and Discover Card, Checks and MO's.
Shipping: We ship typically twice a week via UPS Ground or USPS. You will find THE NEXT SHIPPING DAY announced on the shopping cart home page.
There will be an additional shipping charge for residential shipping addresses. There may be an additional charge for locations not open during the hours of 8am-5pm local time. Standard UPS or USPS ground shipping charges will apply.
International Shipping: International orders are generally shipped via UPS International Economy. However, Kaiser-Lee, LLC can ship via US Postal Service, but because of the lack of tracking capabilities in the USPS service, order shipped via this method are shipped at customer's risk. Kaiser-Lee, LLC will not cover shipment damage or loss on International Shipments via USPS.
International customers are responsible for paying custom charges directly to the carrier or governmental agency requiring payment. If custom charges are not paid in a timely basis the carrier will contact Kaiser-Lee, LLC for payment. If Kaiser-Lee, LLC is contacted by carrier for customs payment, we will pay the charges and bill the customers account for the balance of the charges plus a 20% processing fee.
Kaiser-Lee, LLC freight charges for international customers do not include customs or duties. Payment of customs and duties is required by the customer when shipment is received. Customers who do not pay duties or customs as requested by UPS will receive additional charges from Kaiser-Lee, LLC.
Pallet Shipping: Kaiser-Lee, LLC will contact you regarding shipments of pallet size orders prior to shipping. Orders will ship within 3 business days.
Back Orders: In order to save our customer's money on shipping, Kaiser-Lee, LLC does not ship backordered products.
Damages: Kaiser-Lee, LLC must be notified of damage claims within 5 days of delivery.
Returns: We will gladly take back items for whatever reason, IF they are in the same condition they were in when we shipped them to you. You will need to pay return shipping and there will be a 15% restocking fee to cover our administrative costs for processing the return. We do not refund original shipping cost. With the exception of broken art glass which will be refunded after the damage claim is regulated.
Packaging: We have been packing in goods for the past 35 years and have had a breakage rate of under 1%.
