Kiln Firing

Fire Up! Gain Confidence in Kiln Forming Glass!   Do you consider buying a kiln or already own one and would like to learn more about firing. Than this class is for you. We will fire a kiln in every hour of this workshop - you will manually control the kiln to learn about the different steps of firing. This way programming of a digital controlled kiln will make more sense in the future.  You will work with a firing log book to keep track of the firings. You will fire a drape firing, tack fuse and full fuse firing.  If the time allows it, we will make stringers or a rake firing.

Private Lessons
	You may book your own private class with Petra Kaiser at the Fuse It Studio. We charge  $ 55 per hour and customize the workshop for your. We start with 2 to 3 hours of intensive class - than you get one free hour to practice on your own and than we will end the workshop with 1 to 2  hours of questions and answers or additional projects you would like to learn.
